Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available methods may vary by device. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Is it safe to pay on your site?+
Yes. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, over an encrypted connection. Your full card details are never shared with or stored by us.
When will I be charged?+
Your payment method is charged when you place your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible at support@kalliora.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, you can return it under our Return Policy.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required by law.
Shipping
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?+
Standard shipping is $5.95, and free on orders of $75.00 or more. Express shipping is $14.95.
How long will delivery take?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and express 2–3 business days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?+
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check status on our order tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?+
Email support@kalliora.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
When will I get my refund?+
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
